Speed, efficiency, detail and accuracy were vital to the success of this project. One of the primary critical path elements was the design phase. This created an ultra-compressed schedule allowing only 6 weeks for programming through completed construction documents.

iDesign met this schedule while maintain a high level of coordination and quality (as evidenced by only two minor punch list items.) This was achieved though strong leadership, communications and a dedicated team.

iDesign also assisted the project manager with identifying alternative manufacturers for long lead equipment, which supported the construction team in meeting it’s 6 month construction schedule.
