The Center for Infectious Disease Research is located on the 5th floor of a five-story multi-tenant office building. The suite is 1,841 square feet of laboratory and support rooms located with in the 3,675 sf tenant suite in the northeast corner. There will be a Main Laboratory, Lab 1, Lab 2, Lab 3, Support Storage and Mechanical Rooms. The scope of iDesign’s work focused on the configuration and fit-out of the biosafety level 3 laboratory environment from design through construction documents.
