iDesign developed “unique” state-of-the-art laboratories for NSF International for the certification, testing, verification and validation of the world’s food, water, consumer products and the environment to meet ISO/IEC 17025-accreditation.

iDesign individually interviewed and worked closely with the Director of the Laboratory to identify the testing and protocols needed for each lab, which is dedicated to a specific product type or specific type of testing methods: ranging from fabrication labs to sustainability labs to highly intensive instrumentation labs.

iDesign also designed a special LCMS testing stations to improve worker comfort through controlling the high heat loads and noise levels generated by the pumps serving the LCMS units.  This lab features custom designed mobile pump cabinets supporting two 200-lb pumps each along with a plug-and-play exhaust and power connections.
